GPS TECHNOLOGY
T. J. Lambrecht's commitment to GPS technology benefits every project. With a large fleet of 60 GPS controlled machines, we have the volume to handle any job. Automated machine control minimizes human error resulting in more efficient grading with less passes. Unlike traditional staking, digital modeling/grading allows us to maintain tolerance everywhere, not just near the stakes. Our 53 rovers allow us to constantly monitor our machines performance and set stakes for the non-automated machines. In addition, when tolerances tighten, millimeter GPS allows us to grade up to 300% tighter than traditional, non augmented GPS. About half of our machines are capable of running MMGPS. When the ultimate in accuracy is needed, we can utilize our MMGPS capable Gomaco 9500 trimmers. T. J. Lambrecht was the first company in the world to utilize this technology. Because we have a history of actively participating in the beta testing of new technology, we are ahead of the curve for understanding and implementing the very newest equipment.
